THE FIRST STEP IN THE JOURNEY

Well as I said in my previous blog I am hoping for the next 20 to be better than the last. So to make it better I applied to culinary school and got accepted. I was thoroughly excited. I will be going to Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta. I will have my associates in 15 months, and then the life journey will begin. At the end of 12 months in the class room I will do a 3 month externship at a place of my choosing. Some of the places on the list I get to choose from are: New Orleans, Orlando, The Biltmore, Las Vegas, California, and Denver, just to name a few. But I may just do it at the hotel I work at here depending on the money situation. So it looks like moving to Georgia was one of my best moves yet. I will be sure to keep you all posted.
